Before launching Spire Solutions Group, the nuts & bolts of her career included being the CIO at two companies – First Bowne & Company Inc., a publicly-traded global financial printer; Second The Hobart West Group, a privately-held provider of legal document support services. Ruth gained her consulting expertise at the global professional services firm of Ernst & Young LLP. She started her IT career serving in a wide range of management and technology positions with Electronic Data Systems (EDS), the leading global information technology services company.
Quoted in InformationWeek, Optimize, NetworkWorld, InfoWorld, ComputerWeekly, CIO Decisions and elsewhere on a variety of technology and leadership issues, Ruth’s expertise in Green Technology and passion for building a better world was recognized when she was asked to present at the United Nation’s co-sponsored conference in July on sustainable economic, business, and social development.
